AO 12067	2018	Effective December 1, 2018 (new business) and January 1, 2019 (renewal business) - AIPSO Filing No. VA 18-02 Personal Auto Rate Filing - This filing includes a rate increase of 6.8% overall.
AO 12066	2018	Approved NCCI Item Filing R 1414-A for use with policies effective on or after January 1, 2019. This Item Filing updates Item Filing R 1414 to make a correction to the calculation of excess loss factors and update for an additional year of data.
AO 12065	2018	Effective October 1, 2018 - AIPSO Filing VA 18-01 files ISO’s 2013 Division One Commercial Business Auto Forms, Virginia Exclusions Auto Dealers Endorsement, AP 72 51 and corresponding rating rules. The Filing also amends the Virginia Changes- Cancellation and Nonrenewal Endorsement, AP 30 17, to reference Auto Dealers.
AO 12064	2018	Effective September 1, 2018 - AIPSO Filing VA 18-05 makes revisions to Section 40 and 44 to expand voluntary miscellaneous nonfleet personal vehicles to include low speed vehicles. When converting voluntary liability premium for miscellaneous nonfleet personal vehicles to car years, low speed vehicles will be excluded.
AO 12063	2018	Effective August 1, 2018 - AIPSO Filing VA 18-06 makes revisions to private passenger Rule 23 of the Plan Manual and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Rate Schedules to introduce $40,000 increased property damage limit and additional increased limits factors
AO 12062	2018	Effective September 1, 2018 - AIPSO Filing VA 18-04 makes revisions to Section 23 of the Plan Manual to introduce a new procedure for returning EASi Applications.
AO 12061	2018	Effective September 1, 2018 - AIPSO Filing VA 18-03 makes revisions to Section 7 of the Plan Manual to add administrative procedures for returning EASi Applications.
AO 12060	2018	Approves NCCI Item Filing Item R 1414 for use with policies effective on or after January 1, 2019. This Item Filing applies to NCCI’s Retrospective Rating Plan Manual. It revises certain appendices and related rules. This filing updates, refines and enhances the current methodology.
