AO 12004	2016	Approved NCCI Item Filing B 1431 Revisions to Basic Manual Classifications and Appendix E Classifications by Hazard Group for use with policies effective on or after April 1, 2017. NCCI discontinued certain class codes with low credibility and reassigned or combined with other national or state class codes with similar operations.
AO 12003	2015	Effective February 1, 2016, Filing VA 15-09 AIPSO updated Section 35 applicable to Commercial Auto, to amend the selection process for all Board of Governors representatives to biennial and to amend the annual meeting to a biennial meeting.
AO 12002	2015	Effective February 1, 2016, Filing VA 15-10 AIPSO updated Section 35 applicable to Personal Auto, to amend the selection process for all Board of Governors representatives to biennial and to amend the annual meeting to a biennial meeting.

AO 11999	2015	Effective February 1, 2016 - AIPSO Filing No. VA 15 - 08 Emergency Medical Services Vehicle. This Order approves several rule revisions to replace mention of ambulance with emergency medical services vehicle. Former HB 1584 & SB 938 revised terminology throughout the Code of Virginia that prompted changes to these rules.
