This Item Filing revises Virginia’s Special Classifications and Appendix E in NCCI’s 2001 Basic Manual.
AO 12029	2017	Approved NCCI Item Filing U-1400 Revisions to Statistical Plan for Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability Insurance for new and renewal policies effective January 1, 2018. This Item Filing revises rules in the NCCI 2008 Statistical Plan Manual.
AO 12027	2017	Approved NCCI Item Filing 01-VA-2016 Revisions to Basic Manual Classifications for new and renewal policies effective April 1, 2017. This Item Filing revises Virginia’s Special Classifications section in NCCI’s Basic Manual.
AO 12026	2016	Effective February 1, 2017 for new business and renewals-AIPSO Filing VA 16-15 revised Sections 21 and 44, and Rules 5, 10, 51, 58 and 142 of the Plan Manual and to the Commercial Auto rating worksheets for Trucks, Tractors, Trailers and Public Transportation to provide uninsured motorist that includes underinsured motorist coverage with limits as required by §§38.2-2206 of the Code of Virginia.
AO 12025	2016	Effective February 1, 2017 for new business and renewals-AIPSO Filing VA 16-14 revised Sections 5 and 40, Rules 5, 10, 21, 33, 36, 37 and 39 of the Plan Manual and to the Private Passenger Liability Coverage Rating and Named Non-owner Coverage worksheets to provide uninsured motorist that includes underinsured motorist coverage with limits as required by §38.2-2206 of the Code of Virginia.
AO 12024	2016	Administrative Order 12024 approved NCCI Item Filing B-1432 Establishment of Basic Manual Appendix G - Dispute Resolution Process effective July 1, 2017. This Item Filing establishes a national rule for NCCI’s Dispute Resolution Process in NCCI’s Basic Manual.
AO 12023	2016	AIPSO Filing For a Specific Rate. This Order approves a specific rate factor for rating excess non-owned auto liability coverage pursuant to Rule 2 and the provisions of Section 30.A.1.c of the Virginia Automobile Insurance Plan Manual.
AO 12022	2016	Administrative Order 12022 approved NCCI Item Filing B 1433 Revisions to Basic Manual Rule 1 –Classification Assignment and Rule 2 – Premium Basis and Payroll Allocation for policies effective on or after October 1, 2017. NCCI updated Basic Manual Rules 1 and 2 to clarify, and included formatting and grammatical changes.
