AO 12093	2020	Administrative Order 12093 approved NCCI Item Filing B-1439 Revisions to Basic Manual Classifications and Appendix E, Including Construction Salespersons and Estimators for use with policies effective on or after 4/01/2021. This Item Filing eliminated some low credibility classification codes, and also established a classification treatment for construction job site salespersons and estimators.
AO 12092	2020	This Administrative Order approved NCCI Item Filing 03-VA-2019 Elimination of the Virginia Scopes Manual for policies effective on or after January 1, 2020. This Item Filing establishes Part Two – Classifications of the 2001 Basic Manual and withdrew the Virginia Scopes Manual.
AO 12091	2019	Effective December 1, 2019 (new business and renewal business) - AIPSO Filing No. VA 19-07 revises Zip Code/Territory Definition for Commercial Auto.
AO 12090	2019	Effective December 1, 2019 (new business and renewal business) - AIPSO Filing No. VA 19-06 revises Personal Auto Additional Charges Rule 25 of the Plan Manual and AIP 09 90 07 19 Virginia Automobile Insurance Plan Rating Information Form to clarify that no penalty point shall be assigned for an accident resulting from contact with a hit-and-run driver, if the accident is promptly reported to the insurer or proper authority.
AO 12089	2019	Approved NCCI Item Filing E-1406 Revisions to the ERM-14 Form and Rule 3-A in the Experience Rating Plan Manual for use with policies effective on or after 2/01/2020. This Item Filing updates NCCI’s ERM-14 form — Confidential Request for Ownership Information, to simplify wording for clarity and ease of understanding. This Item Filing also revises rule 3 A, to reflect the ERM-14 form's revised title.
AO 12088	2019	Effective January 1, 2020 (new business and renewal business) - AIPSO Filing No. VA 19-04 Revises the Plan of Operations manual for Commercial Auto to introduce a pooling mechanism for the writing and servicing of Virginia Plan private passenger non-fleet business with a servicing carrier that will write and service all Plan private passenger assignments on behalf of Plan member companies.

AO 12084	2019	Effective August 1, 2019 (new business and renewal business) - AIPSO Filing No. VA 19-02 revises subscriber representation for Personal Auto that comprises the eight subscriber companies of the Board of Governors in Administrative Section 35 of the Plan for to three members from American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA), two members from the Nonaffiliated Insurance companies (NAF) and three elected at-large companies.
